Content Marketing Intern - Video & Graphic Design

Paid 6-month internship with full-time conversion potential

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Content Marketing Intern to produce video content and marketing graphics that help coaches attract premium clients and build industry authority.

What makes this different:

You'll work directly with our founders at our office, learning AI-powered content strategies and marketing systems used by elite coaches. This isn't a remote role where you work in isolation—you'll be part of a collaborative team creating content that drives real business results.

Your work will support:

  • YouTube educational videos and client programs
  • Social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Webinar graphics and event marketing materials
  • Client acquisition and brand positioning campaigns

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid position based at our Pacific Tech Centre office, with flexibility for remote work on production days.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation (Primary Focus):
  • Edit YouTube videos for educational content library and client programs
  • Create video thumbnails and marketing graphics for digital campaigns
  • Produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Design social media posts, advertising creatives, and webinar presentation graphics
  • Develop Instagram and Facebook story templates for ongoing campaigns
  • Capture photo and video content at workshops and client events

Collaboration & Learning:

  • Work in-person with founders and marketing team at our office
  • Participate in content strategy sessions and campaign planning meetings
  • Study high-performing content in the coaching/consulting industry
  • Build a professional portfolio with real client projects and measurable results
  • Apply feedback to continuously improve creative quality

Project Support:

  • Organize and maintain content libraries and design asset folders
  • Track content performance metrics and report on engagement data
  • Communicate proactively about project progress and challenges

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Completed degree/diploma in Design, Media, Communications, or related field (strong portfolios from other fields welcome)
  • Working proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut)
  • Working proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro)
  • Portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design skills
  • Own laptop capable of running creative software smoothly (16GB RAM recommended)
  • Eligible to work at our location (valid work authorization)
  • Professional English communication skills for collaborating with founders and international clients
  • Available for hybrid work schedule at Pacific Tech Centre office

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with content formats for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Experience creating educational or business-focused video content
  • Understanding of thumbnail design principles and social media best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Growth mindset with openness to constructive feedback and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)
  • Salary: SGD 1,200–1,500/month (based on experience and skills)
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, hybrid arrangement
  • Location: Pacific Tech Centre, 1 Jln Kilang Timor
