Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research market/ industry/ competitor information for marketing and idea development.
- Assist in preparation of presentation slides, marketing material and data analysis for sales and marketing department.
- Assist in administrative support which includes data entry duties and follow up on the customer enquiries.
- Establish a professional communication and provide tip-top hospitality services to our residents, including managing check-ins / check-outs, enquiries, and maintenance requests, as well as conducting room viewings
- Ad-hoc sales support and any other ad-hoc duties apply if needed.
