Varsity Holdings – Graphic Designer (Fintech / Trading Startup)

* What You’ll Do

1. Product & UI Design Support

• Design UI components, screens, dashboards, and product visuals

• Improve visual clarity of charts, analytics screens, and workflows

• Work closely with engineers and product to make complex tools look simple

2. Marketing & Brand Assets

• Design:

  • Website sections

  • Landing pages

  • Social media creatives

  • Ads, banners, thumbnails

  • Blog & announcement graphics

• Create consistent, premium-looking brand visuals

3. Pitch Decks & Investor Material

• Redesign pitch decks, strategy decks, investor updates

• Turn boring numbers into clear, persuasive visuals

• Improve storytelling through layout, typography, and structure

4. Visual Systems & Brand Language

• Help define:

  • Color systems

  • Typography

  • Visual style guide

  • Iconography

• Ensure consistency across product, marketing, and content

5. Rapid Execution

• We move fast:

  • You’ll iterate quickly

  • Produce variations

  • Ship improvements weekly, not monthly

* Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong skills in:

  • Figma (must)

  • Photoshop / Illustrator or equivalent

• Good understanding of:

  • Layout

  • Typography

  • Visual hierarchy

  • UI/UX principles

• Can design clean, modern, product-grade interfaces (not just posters)

• Can take rough ideas and turn them into polished visuals

• Portfolio showing:

  • UI or product design

  • Marketing or branding work

  • Structured, professional layouts

* Big Plus If You:

• Have worked in:

  • Fintech

  • SaaS

  • Crypto

  • Trading

  • Data-heavy products

• Understand:

  • Charts

  • Dashboards

  • Data visualization

• Can do:

  • Basic motion graphics / UI animations

  • Short video or social content
