Who are we looking for
We are looking for a passionate and driven Management Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, including Business Development, Operations, Training Program Coordination, and Customer Support. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in Management strategies, inside sales, and lead generation while working with a passionate and innovative team. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside leadership, gaining valuable insights into business operations and contributing to the success of QD Academy.
What you will do:
Supporting Learners acquisition
Communicate with potential and existing learners to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales and marketing innovation initiatives based on Learners’ feedback
Assist in creating marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and email templates.
Achieving Learner Success
Ensure learner satisfaction by delivering a high-quality customer service experience.
Address and resolve learner complaints and feedback regarding their service and training experience effectively.
Assist in registration of learners for the classes
Assist in getting feedbacks from learners
Assist in enhancing the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) of QD Academy;
Supporting HR / AI Transformation for companies
Support Consultant to do Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Recommend SkillsFuture-aligned training and Career Conversion pathways
Design structured career pathways for employees
