Denwa Private Limited – eCommerce Warehouse Logistics Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in picking and packing daily online orders from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok

• Help with sorting incoming stock, performing quantity checks, and updating inventory logs

• Support the warehouse team in stock arrangement, space optimisation, and zone labelling

• Assist in preparing bulk packing during campaign periods (e.g., 8.8 / 9.9 sales)

• Scan, record, and prepare items for courier handover and return parcel processing

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fulfilment area

• Learn and support basic usage of Shopee & Lazada Seller Centre for stock-in updates

Learning Opportunities

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce operations and logistics workflows

• Exposure to platform tools: Shopee & Lazada seller dashboard, 3PL tracking, returns

• Teamwork and time management in a fast-paced fulfilment environment

• Insights into how a growing livestream e-commerce team handles backend processes

Requirements

• Diploma/undergraduate student in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce or related fields

• Physically fit and able to stand/move for extended periods

• Can communicate in English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual

• Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Able to commit minimum 3 months (internship letter/certification provided)
