Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Promoter is responsible for engaging event attendees, creating product awareness, and driving on-site sales. This role involves actively promoting the brand, demonstrating product features, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers warmly to introduce products

• Provide clear and engaging product explanations

• Highlight key features and promotions to encourage purchases

• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their liking

• Maintain a neat and attractive product display or booth setup

• Support sampling

• Handle basic sales transactions and assist with payment processes

• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team

• Ensure booth cleanliness, stock replenishment, and proper product handling

• Work closely with the event team to meet daily sales targets

 

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Sales experience or event promotion experience is an advantage

• Positive attitude, energetic, and proactive

• Able to stand for long hours during event hours

• Must be punctual, responsible, and professional in appearance

• Able to work on weekends and event schedules as required
