Internship Period: 3 months (full-time preferred), with possibility of extension to 6 months

Your Impact
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern who is passionate about making a difference. In this role, you will directly support applicants and learners joining our healthcare programmes, converting prospects into Generation learners through a robust and effective recruitment funnel. You will gain hands-on experience in learner recruitment activities (eg. evaluating applicants, event support) to ensure a smooth applicant experience and programme coordination supporting programme-related activities such as field trips and in-classroom activities.

What You Will Do
1. Learner Recruitment Support
- Ensure prompt, professional and friendly management of programme queries through email, phone calls, whatsapp messages
- Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programmes and ensure close alignment with organisational targets
- Assist in organising and planning recruitment events
2. Programme Support
- Support the team with organising and executing program-centric events (e.g. program information sessions, field trips, classroom activities)
- Support the team with problem solving programme-related challenges to optimise the learner experience
- Any other organisational support tasks assigned by supervisor

Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate program (open to all disciplines) or a recent graduates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Excel is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
