The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in strategic initiatives that enhance workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides hands-on experience in HR analytics, policy development, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and talent pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide data insights.
2. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement scores, training effectiveness).
- Prepare dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Contribute to projects that improve HR processes through data-driven insights.
3. Policy & Process Improvement
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to align with best practices.
- Support compliance initiatives and documentation for audits.
- Research emerging HR trends and recommend improvements.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Help design and implement engagement strategies that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in measuring the impact of engagement programs and suggest enhancements.
5. Strategic Projects
- Participate in HR transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, diversity & inclusion programs).
- Support initiatives related to organizational development and change management.
