* Your Role
You’ll be part of our content team, bringing Bright Culture’s storytelling approach to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and execute content ideas across our 3 main pillars: * Storytelling videos — heartfelt, motivational pieces that move students and parents. * Street interviews — engaging, spontaneous and insightful. * Educational whiteboard videos — creative, fast-paced explainers that simplify tough topics.
Edit at least 5 videos per week (for platforms like TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Shorts).
Host videos confidently on camera and collaborate during on-site shoots.

Whiteboard: “Master the Mole Concept: Quick Exam Strategy for Chemistry”
Storytelling: “Master Science Basics: Free Webinar for Sec 1 & 2”
* Who We’re Looking For
Someone who:
Genuinely connects with our mission of empowering students, parents, and teachers *
Has prior experience in video editing, hosting, and shooting for social media brands.
Can replicate or exceed our current production standard — both in storytelling and editing flair.
Thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and communicates openly within the team.
* Work Arrangement
Hybrid setup — Work from home with on-site shoots at: 183B Thomson Road, Goldhill Shopping Centre, Singapore 307628 (On-site hours are included within total working time.)
Full-Time: ~40 hours/week
Part-Time: ~20 hours/week
