Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting business owners, introducing useful technology, and helping SMEs go digital.

You’ll be the face of our company to new customers — from first contact to successful onboarding.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential SME clients through calls, emails, or visits.

  • Conduct product demos (on-site or via Zoom) and explain how our system helps their business.

  • Assist customers in applying for government grants (e.g. CTC / EDG).

  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers and explore upsell opportunities.

  • Work closely with our support and tech team to ensure smooth onboarding.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Singaporean / PR, diploma or degree holder.

  • Confident communicator, fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Self-motivated, good at understanding customer needs and explaining tech simply.

  • Basic understanding of SaaS, digital tools, or business operations preferred.

  • With or without sales experience — training provided for the right attitude.

 

What We Offer

  • Base salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500/month

  • 15% commission on first-year revenue from each new customer.

  • Annual performance bonus for hitting targets.

  • Transport allowance for client visits.
