We are seeking a motivated and creative Human Resource Intern to support our Customer Care team.
Job Description
- Coordinate and schedule trials for shortlisted babysitters and nannies
- Propose new talent engagement initiatives
- Perform various support functions in Talent Acquisition operations, such as facilitating onboarding processes and conducting data collation and analysis
- Support additional HR projects or operational tasks as needed
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of training for nannies and babysitters
- Helping develop training materials and resources
- Tracking and maintaining records of training participation and certifications
- Conduct reference checks and support background verification of nannies and babysitters
