Job Description

Looking to hire 1 x admin staff (IT Consultancy Firm)

Work Hours: 10.30am - 6.30pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

Salary: $1600 / month + bonus incentives depending on qualifications

Venue: Walking distance from City Hall MRT / Clarke Quay MRT

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Liaising with suppliers and customers

2. Manage the business operations such as administrative flow, accounting, and business activities

3. Perform general clerical duties and filing

4. Ad hoc dutiesRequirements1. Minimum diploma or 'A' level certificate

2. Proficient in English

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel

4. Good working etiquette
