A typical day might include:
- Organizing office and assisting associates in ways that optimize processes
- Monitoring level of supplies and handling storages
- Issuing cheques and verifying receipts
- Performing work related errands as requested by associates
- Developing department goals, objectives and systems
- Assisting to develop measurements that support the accomplishment of strategic goals
- Developing an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
- Maintaining employee related databases. Preparing and analyzing reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
