Zen Beauty – Sales Consultant

Working location: Novena
Working days: 6 days
Working hours: Weekdays 11am-8pm, Sat/Sun/Ph 10am-7pm
Salary range: $2,300 - $2,500 (Not inclusive of commissions, incentives, bonus)
Additional income: Commission, incentives

We are looking for a high-performing Beauty Consultant Advisors to join our growing family. You will be working closely with your associates to promote a wide range of Zen Beauty’s treatment packages and services to our clients. You will also need to exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on beauty services, procedures, and technology and stay up to date on developments in the beauty industry.
• Have knowledge on Nails, Eyebrow, Hair, Foot/Body Massage or Facial
• Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.
• Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional beauty advice and solutions to them.
• Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients .
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor and the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of beauty sales experience.
• With other Beauty experience will be an advantage
• Friendly, proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
