Zen Beauty – Hair Assistant

Working location: Novena
Working days: 6 days
Working hours: Weekdays 11am-8pm, Sat/Sun/Ph 10am-7pm
Salary range: $1,600 - $1,800 (Not inclusive of commissions, incentives, service fee)
Additional income: Incentives, service fee

We are looking for hairstylists who are passionate in styling and hair treatments. Team player and good communication skills are required.

Primary responsibilities:

• Assist hair stylists with various hair tasks
• Listening to client needs to determine their preferences.
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, coloring, and highlighting hair.
• Performing scalp treatments.
• Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Welcoming clients into the store.
• Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Hair experience.
• With other Beauty experience will be an advantage.
• Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
