Create engaging interactive video learning modules that simplify complex technical topics, improve knowledge retention, and integrate cleanly with our LMS (SCORM/xAPI).

Interactive Video Production
Script, storyboard, record, edit, and publish microlearning videos; build interactivity (branching, hotspots, polls, knowledge checks) using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Camtasia, Vyond or H5P.
6-10 interactive modules (2-4 min each); clean audio and visuals; wellorganized, versioncontrolled source files.
Learning Design & Accessibility
Apply adultlearning principles (clear objectives, chunking, spaced practice, feedback); ensure accessibility (captions, transcripts, color contrast).
Accessibility checklist per module; learner job aids (thumbnails, infographics, motion graphics).
LMS Publishing & Analytics
Package/publish content (SCORM/xAPI); configure tracking and analytics; create quizzes and surveys; monitor learner engagement.
Monthly dashboard on usage, completion and quiz metrics; issues log for content updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration & QA
Work with SMEs to simplify technical content; run pilots; device/browser QA; document fixes and release notes; maintain content library.
Iteration logs and signedoff release notes per module; zero critical defects postrelease.
Responsibilities
- Design interactive learning videos endtoend (scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, publishing).
- Create supporting assets (microvideos, motion graphics, thumbnails, job aids, infographics).
- Apply adultlearning principles and performancesupport practices.
- Publish to LMS (SCORM/xAPI) and set up tracking/analytics.
- Ensure accessibility and quality (captions, transcripts, audio cleanup, color contrast).
- Collaborate with SMEs and iterate based on feedback; maintain templates/source files.
- Pilot, test and QA modules across devices/browsers; document fixes and release notes.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Multimedia/Design, Media Production, Instructional/Adult Learning, Education or related.
- Portfolio links to video projects (preferably interactive).
- Tools: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci; Camtasia; Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), H5P or Vyond.
- Learning tech: LMS basics, SCORM/xAPI, quiz design and analytics.
- Soft skills: clear communication, attention to detail, strong time management, openness to feedback.
GoodtoHave
- Motion graphics (After Effects), 2D/whiteboard animation.
- Branching scenarios or simulations experience.
- Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Basic image editing (Photoshop/Illustrator).

Contract Type: Internship (Minimum 12 weeks; up to 24 weeks)
Working Hours: Office hours (Mon-Fri); occasional filming/voiceover outside core hours with prior notice
Reports To: Technical Learning Manager
Safety & Security (Jurong Island)
- Jurong Island is a Protected Area; persons/vehicles require valid passes for entry. Clearances must be maintained throughout the internship.
- Attendance at Safety Induction Course (SIC) and compliance with station WSH rules are mandatory for onsite work/visits.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in designated plant areas (e.g., safety helmet, hearing protection).
