Job Description

As a Content Producer, you will be creating content for all our digital media platforms, including our website and social media. You may also have the opportunity to interview and network with media personalities, newsmakers, and influencers.

You will learn how to incorporate digital marketing skills to help your content reach a greater audience.

Youth.SG is looking for Content Producers to join us!

Seven signs we belong together

1. You know what’s trending.

Because you have mastered the right pronunciation of “meme”, and know the difference between dabbing and planking.

2. You are a social media junkie, and are proud of it.

And you JUST know what content works best as a tweet, a Facebook status, an Instagram story, and a snap.

3. You don’t mind picking up the phone when it rings, or calling people up for a quote.

Because going out for interviews, meeting prospective partners and attending events is your kind of thing, while making coffee and fetching copies from the photocopier for your colleagues is not.

Pro-tip: You won’t be doing the latter at Youth.SG.

4. You are constantly thinking of new ideas, even in the shower.

And you’re not satisfied until you are convinced your ideas will go viral and break the Internet.

5. You create content that is worth sharing.

You are able to churn anything into an easy-to-understand, totally-not-boring, share-worthy format. You are comfortable with the creation of content using the written word, images, or videos – whatever works.

6. Own self check own self.

Your friends call you the spellcheck of the group, and nothing turns you off more than bad grammar and spelling. You are meticulous and have a keen eye for details.

7. You recognise that sometimes, you are not the best.

You are able to work independently and be a good team player. You are responsible and committed to your tasks from A to Z, and are able to take feedback and criticism.
