We are seeking a forward-thinking Operational Media Creator who can leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and support our company’s vision of fostering an AI-driven productivity culture. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing media content that strengthens local and overseas operational processes, improves internal communications, and drives brand messaging. The ideal candidate will be a media production expert with strategic content planning skills and a deep understanding of AI-powered solutions for workflow enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Implement AI-driven media tools to optimize content creation and streamline workflows.
- Develop engaging multimedia content that supports operational productivity and internal communications.
- Create video content for SOPs to support Operations team, develop training materials, process documentation, and instructional media to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
- Use AI automation to reduce manual tasks, improving media production efficiency.
- Align content strategies with the company’s AI culture vision for innovation and productivity.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-enhanced media solutions into daily operations.
- Analyze content engagement using AI insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on cutting-edge AI trends that enhance media production and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media production and AI-powered content optimization.
- Proficiency in AI-driven platforms for video editing, automation, and workflow management.
- Strong technical skills in multimedia creation, including video, graphics, and interactive media.
- Ability to integrate AI solutions for improved efficiency and branding consistency.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working with content for global and local operations is a plus
