- Front-line customer interaction
- Problem-solving for customers and logistics partners
- Managing and co-ordinating job assignments to delivery partners
- Team-work to find bespoke solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of English a must
- Fluency in Chinese and/or Malay
- Customer Service experience
- Good people skills: calm, friendly demeanour
- Computer proficient
- Experience in using Customer Service tools (e.g. Zendesk)
