JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Front-line customer interaction
  • Problem-solving for customers and logistics partners
  • Managing and co-ordinating job assignments to delivery partners
  • Team-work to find bespoke solutions


REQUIREMENTS

  • Good command of English a must
  • Fluency in Chinese and/or Malay
  • Customer Service experience
  • Good people skills: calm, friendly demeanour
  • Computer proficient
  • Experience in using Customer Service tools (e.g. Zendesk)
