YJT LLP is a rapidly growing events support company that specialises in providing manpower and event Talents/Models for various different events/activations. In recent times(2018) we worked on a few projects like F1, Colour Run, Amazing Maritime Challenge and Standard Chartered marathon by providing brand ambassadors and part-timers to support the events. While on a daily basis, we would be providing manpower assistance for many of our established clients for their marketing events/activations.
What You'll Learn
Managing a Team
- Oversee the activities of temp workers; hire, train and evaluate new temps; and ensure that client is satisfied with the manpower deployed
Gain insight into the wide-range of manpower deployment in the events industry
- Be exposed to behind the scene work as you work with many different big brands in running various marketing campaigns alongside big brands and companies
- Lean to work with the latest innovations and technologies as you manage part-timers in the most efficient way possible
Job scope
• Provide HR Administration support
• Assist in the collation of payroll processing
• Assist in event manpower coordination
• Involve in screening and interviewing(usually online or on the phone) of candidates
• Briefing event crew on their job scope and details of the event
• Assist with other administrative duties as and when required
Job Requirements
• ORD personnel are welcome to apply
• Competent in MS Office Applications
• Good interpersonel skills
• No experience required as on the job training will be provided
