Job Description
Hiring ACCOUNTS ADMIN
Location: 65 Ubi Road 1, #01-92 Oxley Bizhub, Singapore (only 5 Minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Start Date: As Soon As Possible Working Hours: 9.30am-6.30pm
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Book keeping of documents/inventories
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage calls and reply emails in a professional manner
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Manage and update database in system
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in accounting and Xero software will be good
- Willing to learn and be proactive in work
