Job Description

Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in all external and internal communications activities for the Greater Asia region (all countries except China, India and Australia/New Zealand) including:

  • Supporting local branding, graphic communications and digital strategy as well as utilizing external resources to craft and communicate branding initiatives. Examples: brochure updates/creation, emailing campaign.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in the region to understand customers’ needs and perceptions.
  • Supporting events and seminars.
  • Writing case stories studies with the help of the sales/technical team to promote Xylem’s expertise externally. Assisting on-site photo shoots.  

Pre-requisites:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional and cross-national teams and create strong internal partnerships.
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives, and manage external resources within a fixed budget and deadline.
  • Proficient with in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: familiar with graphic software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Preferred: experience in event planning, e-marketing and agency interaction.
