— Solid skills in Canva, Photoshop, and similar design tools (you should know them inside out)
— Fluent in Chinese and English (our clients span across continents)
— Located in a time zone within 2 hours of Thailand (GMT+7)
— At least some hands-on marketing experience (courses, freelance, or prior internship)
— Ability to turn ideas and strategies into visuals that actually convert
