Job Description

Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Team Intern
What is MDF?
Marketing Development Fund is a team under Dell Account responsible in ensuring Dell advertising activities and programs are in compliance with the terms, conditions and guidelines of Dell’s vendor funding partners such as Intel and Microsoft.
The MDF Team Intern will be responsible for assisting the team with general administrative duties including but not limited to basic activity compliance reviews, activities tracking, monitoring and filing, report and data entry, and general coordination both internally and externally.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:


• Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) feeds compliance review
• Compliance Overview Report population and consolidation
• Archiving and monitoring activity reviews into the shared drive
• Update MDF process, guidelines and other decks used for Dell production operation
• Conduct Korea, Australia, New Zealand, South Asia, APJ Regional basic compliance reviews
• Client coordination
• Create, update and track Intel Ad numbers

• Strong attention to details
• Strong process orientation
• High-degree of organizational skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Takes initiative; demonstrated ability to work independently
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Familiarity with Office programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and is comfortable with learning and using formulas, chart/graphs, pivot tools.
• A willingness and flexibility to do “whatever it takes” for “whoever needs it”
