Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our People & Culture team for a 3- to 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will may also get a chance to work/support on HR process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation
- Update employee records and HR databases
- Organise/Support employee engagement and development activities
- Explore tools and platforms to support HR digitalisation journey
- Support HR digitalisation projects and initiatives
- Coordinate logistics & inventory tracking related to the office move
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Interest in HR systems, process optimization, and project coordination
