Department: Operations
Overview: Supporting the Operations Manager in analyzing, redesigning, and documenting core warehouse and customer service processes. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to understand how real-world logistics runs at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map existing workflows across inbound, outbound, returns, QC, and support functions
- Assist in redesigning processes to remove bottlenecks, waste, and redundant steps
- Draft SOPs, work instructions, process diagrams, and checklists
- Conduct time-and-motion observations and basic productivity analysis
- Consolidate operational data, clean up information, and prepare reports/presentations
- Support internal project milestones (5S, KPI tracking, migration plans, improvement initiatives)
- Coordinate with warehouse, CS, and management to gather information and validate processes
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn on the ground
- Strong English communication and writing ability
- No gender preference
