Crunchy Teeth is a social enterprise bakery which aims to transform the employment prospects for adults (18 years and above) on the autism spectrum. This group of special needs adults is often edged out from mainstream education and employment, leading to compromised well-being in their daily life.
Our goal is to equip these adults with baking skills so that they are empowered and can enjoy independence, employment and active participation in society.
Job Description
Job qualifications:
- Must have good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to write compellingly and concisely to attract readers
- Strong conceptual thinking skills and ability to translate ideas into contents
- Can write in a wide variety of writing styles - persuasive, creative, emotive, descriptive etc
- Have some knowledge of digital advertising and social media marketing
- Have good working attitude and able to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with Mandarin will be a plus (due to handling of materials)
- Write articles for our blog and update our website contents to bring forth the latest updates to customers
- Generate contents with unique ideas and story angles
- Create attention-grabbing headlines, sound bites and power phrases for online marketing, webpages, EDMs, video scripts and other creatives
- Research and brainstorm ideas with team to craft compelling content and campaigns for digital and social media channels
- Support in the execution of online advertising, lead generation and content marketing strategies
- Work with team for strategy alignment and direction, while maintaining a high standard of writing
