Job Description
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Management Department on day-to-day operations of wt+ membership campaigns and activities
- Assist in all wt+ communications including edm, sms, and in-store collaterals
- Support in customer service, membership enquiries and any other troubleshoot
- Support in season launch events
