Job Description
Looking for an Advertising Account Assistant who is a fun and outgoing extrovert with the hunger, passion and drive to succeed in client servicing and business development. Enthusiastic, dedicated with attention to detail, reliable, possessing the drive to get new clients and get involved in all aspects of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client brief and budget
- Assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies and contents
- Involvement in all aspects of the advertising cycle
- Undertaking administration tasks
- Business development and arranging meetings with new clients
- To win new business for the agency
- Organized and efficient with ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently
Requirements:
- Confident, assertive and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility towards work and the team
- High proficiency in presentation skills and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Able to call new clients and secure a discussion (mandatory)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
