We're now offering a Business Development Internship for motivated individuals who want to understand the inner workings of modern B2B business development and tech sales, deal pipelines, and customer acquisition strategies.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a hands-on role in helping White Code Labs grow its client base and partnerships.

  • Research and identify potential leads, startups, and enterprises in relevant markets (US, SEA, India)

  • Work with the founding team to build prospect lists and outreach campaigns

  • Draft cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and outreach templates

  • Assist in scheduling sales calls and demos with qualified leads

  • Track interactions, update CRM tools, and maintain deal pipelines

  • Learn how to qualify leads using real-world sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)

  • Support strategic growth initiatives — market entry, partnerships, events

 Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in sales, tech, and startups

  • Great written and spoken English communication

  • Proactive and self-motivated — you’re not afraid to follow up

  • Organized with attention to detail (you’ll be working with data!)

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Notion, or HubSpot is a plus

  • Students or recent graduates from business, marketing, or engineering backgrounds welcome
