Duties and Responsibilities

• Screening, profiling and updating internal database of helpers
  • Follow up with their application
  • Refine online profiles and videos
  • Create a shortlist of candidates for clients to interview
  • Continuous communication with employers during the overall process
• Active candidates 
  • Reaching out to more applicants whilst ensuring up-to-date profiles on our website
• Coordinating with the team and the Managing Director on a daily basis
• Managing Facebook account
  • Posting messages and replying to enquiries promptly
• Assisting helpers at the time of registration using an iPad
  • Ensure a comprehensive record of applicants’ data and employment history

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic or University respectively with interest for innovation and the migrant workers’ industry
• Proficient with IT - We are a paperless company
• Preferred if applicant has Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), a mandatory qualification delivered by MOM for all personnel working in employment agencies
• Committed to master and improve our administrative processes
• Passionate personality and strong interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work autonomously

Working Conditions

• 5-days work week (Saturday and any other weekday is an off day and Sunday is a mandatory work day)
