PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for performing research & business intelligence, providing insights regarding market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers and current campaigns. The Marketing Analyst will work in tandem with VFS APAC sales & marketing managers to provide in depth database market analysis to all levels of marketing as well as coordinate with them to prioritize analysis related to product and marketing initiatives.
TASKS and RESPONSIBILITES
ü Research & business intelligence
o Perform extensive market research.
o Create databases and capture market data.
o Meet with sister BAs to ascertain marketing goals.
o Create questionnaires and surveys.
o Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts.
o Generate reports that analyse competition and customers.
ü Evaluation and analysis
o Identify new market opportunities.
o Analyse marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships.
o Evaluate market penetration.
o Identify positive financial outcomes to increase profitability.
o Analyse competitors.
o Assess sister BA’s promotional needs
o Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
ü Expertise and execution
o Develop sales strategies in tandem with our sister BAs for new products
o Create analytic and tracking reports that help define marketing strategy for marketing leads
o Create customer profiles by demographic and behavioural characteristics
o Track customer behaviour such as response, churn, product selection, etc.
o Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies
o Offer insights about product potentials.
o Create post-campaign response tracking and R.O.I. as well as a more detailed campaign response analysis. Use analyses to design strategies for future campaigns.

GENERIC SKILLS
- Outstanding PowerPoint Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Fluency in English is necessary
EDUCATION
- Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor degree with a focus in Business, Finance or Economics from reputed institutions
WORKING HOURS : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri)
Assignment can be on full time or part-time basis (2 times a week).
Duration : 3 months
