Job Description
  • Conducting background research on competitors, countries, projects, donor priorities and funding, and other BD specific information.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of the BD unit’s databases including regional contact database, filing systems including meeting notes and calendar planning and ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Supporting the development of communications materials for updating of the Vital APAC website, social media and relationship management needs with prioritized partners.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support, including organizing meetings and conference calls with Singapore based academic and implementation partners, regional partners at APAC, potential implementing partners, staff, and within the core BD unit.
  • Writing BD-related materials and presentations including marketing one-pagers, capacity statements, and other thought pieces as well as proposal sections such as CV formatting, past performance references, and institutional capacity sections.
  • Contributing to quality of written content including proofreading, formatting, and editing documents.
