- Supporting the showroom associates with daily tasks;
- Understanding and communicating Visual Mass’s values and brand philosophy to the customers and staff;
- Providing excellent customer service to Visual Mass customers;
- Working with other team members to ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping and purchasing experience;
- Providing style consulting and help customers choose the best glasses for their personal style, face type, and lifestyle;
- Ensuring flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting, and fitting eyewear and execution of all details as needed;
- Verifying that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer’s requirements/requests;
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits of various lenses and our frames; and
- Comfortably explaining eyewear prescription terminology to customers.
