Visual Arts Centre – Gallery & Studio Marketing and Operations

About the role

Calling out to arts management, marketing, communications, and business students, and those who are seeking experience and exposure in project-based art exhibition and events management, sales and marketing!

This role requires you to:

• grow and maintain current client relationships 
• provide liaison and support to Gallery clients, which includes both operational and publicity support
• understand various arts events and exhibitions and assisting exhibitors to complete their projects - from the planning stage to the execution and seeing projects to their successful completion
• preparing the Studio set up, registration, preparing painting materials, signing attendance, assisting the art instructor, basic maintenance of the Studio, cleaning paint brushes 

Applicant should:

• be proactive in reaching out to artists, motivated, willing to take initiative and preferably with experience in any art practice. 
• be preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin).
• hold at least a Diploma or higher certifications.

Dates/timings: 5 days inclusive of a Weekend, 10am - 7pm
