Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Support lead generation efforts across B2B platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, email, events).
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and sales pipelines.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to craft proposals and pitch materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls to learn real-world business negotiation.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Help prepare reports and performance presentations for internal use.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Bonus: Comfortable with LinkedIn research, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion), or Canva.
