VSHR organize a yearly Social project development contest for students with two key purpose - 1: Empower the students so they will get the first job after graduation 2: Develop social projects which bring benefits to the Vietnamese community.

Your responsibilities :
- You will lead the key phages - registration phase, first round , final round.
- Connect with the students and inform how this contest will help them moving forward.
- Inspire the contest organizing team.
- Organize the master class during the first round of the contest.
- Work closely with Chairman and take forward the strategy to encourage, empower contests.
Required skills : You love work with students and have passion to help them. Want to create a situation where they will not suffer the way most of the fresh graduate suffer for their first job. You enjoy project management and inspire your team. You can communicate in English as you will be working closely with Program Director (www.johninfo.cf)
Working hour: 6 hours during weekend at VSHR office, and rest will be done online.

It's people development, so this role will develop you and the time you reach to level 2 leadership, you will receive monthly allowance.
