  • Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from investment professionals across Vertex global network funds.
  • Performing analysis and research on competitive database solutions.
  • Supporting the Partnership Group in daily administrative tasks
Job Description

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Partnership Group and provide innovative ideas to help achieve our goals.
  • As an intern, you will have administrative duties including data entry and the development of the Company’s database(s) for network sharing. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our database(s).
  • Acquire interpersonal skills as you engage different investment teams across the Vertex global network funds.
  • You are expected to gain broad experience in Partnership management.

Responsibilities

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from global network funds.
  • Conduct research and analysis on competitive database solutions.
  • Support the Partnership Group in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing presentations.
  • Manage and update Company database(s) and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fast learner with a great attention to detail.
  • Interest to learn about venture capital operations.
  • Comfortable with routine work.
