Responsibilities: 

• Update employee attendance through infotech systems
• Assist in Work Permit matters
• Assist in recruitment services
• Handling employee concerns
• Arranging interviews and participate in interview processes
• Assist in HR admin duties
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
• Handle administrative matters 

We are looking for someone who are: 

• Passionate in learning human resource function 
• We Welcome ITE/Certificate/Diploma in human resources management / administration 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Able to commit full terms of 3 months or more period will be a bonus.
