Vermilion Gate – Investment Banking Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support in the execution of M&A/corporate finance transactions, project assignments and some private placement opportunities.
• Conducting research and evaluation over idea generation, transactions, markets,financial products, companies, investors and process improvement.
• Producing marketing or deal-related materials and documents.

QUALIFICATION

• Team player and self-starter with entrepreneurship and accountability.
• Possessing track record of outstanding achievement in academics and personal endeavors; also, having superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Business, finance and accounting experience, preferably having worked in related field.
• Interested in working in a small-team environment with high degree of client contact.
• Technical skill is a must but business sense & analytical skills matter more to us.
• Able to work in ambiguity and uncertainty and aim to reduce them.
• Proficient in English and at least one Asian language.

LOCATION

• Singapore; may require moderate travel based on the deal status.
