Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process for top talent in the autonomous vehicle industry
- Engage with candidates from around the world, schedule interviews, and collect feedback to help build a world-class team
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to optimize candidates' experiences and ensure a seamless hiring process
- Lead projects and initiatives focused on employer branding, talent mapping, and sourcing
- Drive recruitment-related events like career fairs, tech talks, and meetups
Requirements:
- Current tertiary student or graduate
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to commit to at least three months of full-time work
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
