Job Description

Internship Opportunity: Assistant to Management / Furniture Consultant

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and design-inclined intern to support management in daily operations and project coordination.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in furniture design, layout planning, and client servicing, and want hands-on experience in real commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in tabulating furniture quantities from layout plans
  • Interpret and understand floor plans and furniture layouts
  • Support in material selection and colour matching
  • Prepare and reply to emails on behalf of management
  • Assist in quotation preparation and submission
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project requirements
  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Requirements

  • Students or recent graduates in Interior Design / Architecture / Furniture Design or related fields
  • Ability to read and understand layout drawings
  • Good sense of colour coordination and material matching
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
