Job Description

Position: Design & Sales Support Intern

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented intern with basic design knowledge to support our sales and project team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in interior design, space planning, and client interaction, and wants hands-on experience in real commercial projects. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer enquiries via email and phone

  • Support clients in selecting suitable furniture, materials, and finishes

  • Assist in reading and interpreting layout plans and drawings

  • Help prepare quotations and proposals based on project requirements

  • Follow up on quotations and client requests

  • Coordinate with sales and production teams on project details

  • Provide showroom support and basic design consultation when required

Requirements

  • Background or interest in Interior Design / Architecture / Space Planning

  • Ability to read layout plans (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)

  • Good sense of design, materials, and color matching

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office; design software is a plus)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
