Upskills Pte Ltd – Human Resources Intern (Recruitment)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Recruitment team in Singapore. You will be responsible for, and not limited to:

- Conduct quality talent market research and proactive talent sourcing.

- Execute productive interviews (face-to-face, video conferences and phone) to qualify candidates and ensure a strong and thorough filtering process.

- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through effective candidate relationship management.

- Analyze and continuously improve the recruitment process in place.

- Work together with the team members on recruitment plans for junior financial systems consultants.

- Manage and organize the applicant tracking tool accordingly.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree Holder from relevant disciplines, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Previous experience in sourcing technical and financial profiles for regional and international roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills in English and Mandarin, to liaise with overseas candidates.
- Proactive with the ability to deliver tasks on-time and capable to think out of the box.
- Proven organisational skills and able to prioritize well to cope with competing demands.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, as well as Applicant Tracking and Career Sites.
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months.
