Job Description

Personal Assistant/ Guest Relations Officer

The Personal Assistant/ Guest Relations Officer is responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to our Residents throughout their stay. The Personal Assistant/ Guest Relations Officer provides a very personal, detailed and seamless service to our Residents from pre-arrival to post-departure without imposing themselves on the Residents. The Personal Assistant/ Guest Relations Officer are the local connections of their Residents.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all preferences of the incoming residents are taken, prepared and ready prior to arrival.
  • Ensure our residents receive a fast and efficient check-in and check-out.
  • Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the resident but will add a point of difference from the service provided anywhere else within the Serviced Suites.
  • The Personal Assistants should know all the preferences of the residents and through this, is able to personalise and tailor the services rendered to them.
  • Assist with Food & Beverage offerings and working knowledge of the Pacific Lounge Operations, according to the policies and procedures set.
