Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily payments and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in fund reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Handle data entry and documentation related to financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing. 
  • Handle other assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in payments, receipts, or finance operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial transaction systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to commit to a temporary/contract role for 6 months.
