Job Description

We’re bringing sustainability to life at our upcoming nature-inspired, eco-conscious event at Mandai — and we’re looking for interns who love the planet as much as we do.

If you enjoy being hands-on, working with people, and turning good intentions into real impact, this role is for you.

As a Retail & Events Intern, you’ll be right in the middle of UnPackt’s day-to-day action — supporting our retail operations, co-creating meaningful workshops and events, and helping us tell powerful sustainability stories. From packing zero-waste orders to setting up community events, you’ll get real-world experience in a growing social enterprise that’s all about conscious living.

This role is perfect for someone who’s resourceful, independent, creative, and excited to learn by doing.

  • Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays that reflect our sustainability values

  • Help write blog posts and newsletters to spotlight eco-friendly brands and social causes

* Events & Workshops

  • Support planning, brainstorming and execution of sustainability workshops and events

  • Manage RSVPs and guest lists

  • Assist with on-site set-up and coordination with vendors and partners

  • Be part of events that inspire people to live more consciously

* Operations & Admin

  • Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed

Other Information

  • Commitment period 6 months

  • 5-day work week, including one weekend

  • Singapore Citizen or PR aged 16 to 30 years old

  • Current student from ITE/ Polytechnics/ Autonomous Universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private education institutions and overseas institutions) or currently in transition phase (e.g. awaiting for University) and keen in the social and community sector
