Job Description

Personal Assistant (Up to $15 / HR)

Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales team in financial industry. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient and great solution-seeker.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in sales support-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Trello & Canva.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma. Experienced candidate preferred but not necessary. Students welcome.
