What You Will Do?
We are looking for people who are looking for more than just a job. We are looking for people who aspires to learn and grow with and within Ultimate, and also knows how you want your career to develop. This position is an all-rounded role with a bit of everything.
- Work independently and as part of a team to come up with a range of ideas, concepts and executions for each project
- Work with Project Managers to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound
- Provide visionary and creative boldness, strategy and campaign insights to integrate campaigns with the mind to help our clients maximise their KPI & objectives
- Dare to be bold and different
- Pray tell and shape the company story
- Believe in the company mission and vision
- Creatively thinking about how we can improve our own processes including new ways to articulate tangible value to clients
- Identifying new markets with growth opportunities
What We Need You To Have?
To be utterly honest, your academic qualification is nothing but another piece of paper to us. It has outlived its tangible value. We need someone with the following life qualifications:
- Confidence with a healthy dose of humility. Challenge our ideas, but make me like you when you’re doing it
- Not afraid to make mistakes, but you can never make them twice
- Someone who can “figure things out” and arrive at am answer instead of being told information. If there’s anything you can find factually on google, don’t ask.
- Curious but smart about it, not the “kill the cat” kind
- Detail-oriented individuals with a mind of their own
- Willingness to work under immerse pressure and stress and yet come out better and stronger every time (psss, we might just fund that hair loss treatment for you)
- We promise to be real and extremely transparent. Humility is a value shared at all level of the organisation, but we need you to do the same.
