Introduction:
Retail & Network Development plays an important role in driving customer satisfaction & organization revenue by strategically setting up dealer network to facilitate New Vehicle Sales, Service and selling of spare parts. Our role is to:
- Develop UDIS Network strategy, wanted position and support network development in respective market..
- Drive retail excellence activities/standards across UDIS market (owned & private) to improve customer satisfaction & dealer efficiency/productivity.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Work closely with Retail & Network Development team on selected topics:
- Support in quarterly business system invoicing to importers
- Coordinate signage requirements from various markets
- Develop monthly reports for the department (QR audit, service planner, turnaround time etc…)
- Support in follow-up of activities related to special projects
Requirement:
- Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management or any other relevant fields.
- A self-starter, highly motivated, and has the "get-the-job-done" attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of team and independently
- Good analytical skills
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong digital skills
